To maintain a safe and healthy environment in this COVID-19 pandemic era, all sales are final.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

NO REFUND ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Restocking Fee

If returned merchandise totals $75 or more, a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise total will be assessed to the customer for returns.

We do not accept returns for sale items. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL.

ALL EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING PACKAE.

Please do not ship your items to our location without confirmation of an exchange receipt from KING HALO.
